退款政策
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
However, returns due to customer’s simple change of mind on unopened items will not be accepted. Additionally, returns due to customer loss will not be processed.
If the item is opened and you suspect a defect, please inspect the product and provide a video and photo showing the issue. Based on the provided evidence, we will evaluate and process the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
